Chris Osei Yeboah has been practicing Corporate Law and Litigation for the past nine (9) years in both multinational companies, local Companies and Law Firms since his call to the Ghana Bar in the year 2010. For his in-house Experience, He acted as Legal Officer for Unilever Ghana Limited and served on other Boards as external solicitors to some Multinational Companies operating in Ghana . He acts as Secretary to many other companies in Ghana. Apart from the Consultancy Services and Legal Advise to ground breaking and Constitutional cases, he has a wider range of knowledge in Aviation Law, Banking and Property Law and Litigation.
A versatile legal practitioner with extensive training in Law, Philosophy, Finance and Information Technology, Joel has nearly a decades experience in providing legal advice in connection with corporate and commercial transactions and dispute resolution. In the course of his legal practice he has assisted numerous clients with the review and negotiations of contracts and other transaction documents as well advised and represented corporations, governmental and statutory regulatory agencies within the telecommunications, banking, aviation, hospitality, and natural resources industries of Ghana. Joel holds an LLB and a BA (Philosophy) from the University of Ghana, a certificate in Object Oriented Programming using java from MIT and a certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and serves currently as the Assistant Secretary of the Greater Accra Regional Bar.
